Project Overview
A motel on the Central Coast needed to replace old bathroom toilets across more than 20 guest rooms. The goal was to update the bathrooms with a clean, reliable and consistent toilet suite that could suit repeated commercial accommodation use.
The Challenge
For motel operators, bathroom upgrades need to be practical. Each room has to be returned to service quickly, the product needs to be easy to clean, and the finished result should look fresh without requiring a full bathroom renovation. Replacing different older toilets room by room also requires a product that can be supplied consistently across the project.
The Noxwell Upgrade
The project selected the Noxwell BTWH-3092 gloss white vortex rimless toilet suite as the replacement toilet. Its clean white finish, modern profile and rimless bowl design made it a practical option for upgrading multiple motel bathrooms with the same consistent look.
The Result
After installation, the bathrooms presented cleaner and more modern for guests while keeping the upgrade focused on the most visible and frequently used bathroom fixture. For a motel with more than 20 rooms, using the same Noxwell model also helped simplify purchasing, replacement planning and room-by-room installation.
