2. Products & Information
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, specifications, and prices.
However, minor variations in colour, finish, appearance, or texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings, photography, or manufacturing processes.
Product measurements are approximate. Customers are responsible for checking product dimensions, specifications, and suitability before purchase.
Nothing in this section affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law if a product is significantly different from its description or does not meet consumer guarantees.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched, delivered, or collected.
4. Orders, Delivery & Pickup
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Delivery orders are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
For local pickup orders, customers must collect their items within the agreed timeframe.
Customers are encouraged to inspect products at the time of pickup. Once the product has been collected, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer, except where rights apply under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, unmodified, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Installation & Liability
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended use before installation.
We strongly recommend installation by a qualified tradesperson where applicable.
Noxwell Sink and Taps is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or additional costs resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, incorrect handling, or failure to follow product instructions.
Please inspect all products before installation. Once a product has been installed, damage claims may not be accepted unless the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault or is otherwise covered under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noxwell Sink and Taps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, remedies, guarantees, or protections that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product images, graphics, layout, and design elements, is the property of Noxwell Sink and Taps or its content suppliers and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service, the use of our website, or purchases made from us shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
