Shipping Coverage

Noxwell Sink and Taps currently ships within Australia only.

We dispatch orders from our local Australian warehouse and use local parcel delivery or freight carriers depending on the product size, weight, and delivery destination.

At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

In-stock orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is approximately:

  • NSW: approximately 3 business days
  • Queensland and Victoria: approximately 5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, peak seasons, weather events, transportation delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

For other Australian locations, delivery availability, delivery timeframes, and freight costs may vary. Please contact us before placing an order if you require confirmation.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

Free shipping may apply to eligible orders in selected areas.

For orders delivered within NSW, free shipping applies to eligible orders over $300.

For orders delivered to Queensland or Victoria, free shipping applies to eligible orders over $500.

Free shipping applies only to eligible products and standard delivery areas.

Bulky, oversized, remote-area, or special-delivery orders may require additional freight charges.

Delivery & Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once available.

For large or bulky items such as sinks, vanities, or similar products, the courier may contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact name, and phone number are correct when placing your order.

Noxwell Sink and Taps is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Transit Damage

While we work with trusted couriers, damage during transit may occasionally occur.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@noxwell.com.au.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number, clear photos of the damaged product, photos of the packaging including the outer box, and a brief description of the issue.

For large items such as sinks and vanities, customers are required to inspect the product before installation.

Force Majeure

Noxwell Sink and Taps shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, labour disputes, supply chain disruptions, courier delays, or transportation delays.

In such circumstances, Noxwell Sink and Taps reserves the right to extend delivery times, delay dispatch, or suspend fulfilment without liability.
