Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- Unmodified
- In its original packaging
- In resalable condition
The packaging must not be damaged.
Proof of purchase must be provided for all return requests.
At this stage, we do not have product category exclusions for returns, provided the product and packaging are in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges
We support exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, unmodified, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
For exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect selection, size preference, or product suitability, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the replacement shipping cost.
If the exchange is required due to an approved damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, Noxwell Sink and Taps will cover the reasonable replacement shipping cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an approved damaged, faulty, or incorrect item.
Please allow reasonable processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund after it has been issued.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or faulty product
- Photos of the packaging, including the outer box
- A brief description of the issue
For large items such as sinks, vanities, or similar bulky products, customers are required to inspect the product before installation.
Please do not install, use, or modify a damaged or faulty item before contacting us.
Resolution Options for Damaged or Faulty Items
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement item or replacement part
- Partial refund for minor issues
- Full refund if the item is unusable or out of stock
For approved damaged or faulty claims, Noxwell Sink and Taps will cover the cost of replacement shipping.
Important Conditions for Damage Claims
Damage or fault claims may not be accepted if the issue is reported more than 7 days after delivery.
Claims may also not be accepted if the item has been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
We do not accept damage claims caused by improper installation, misuse, external impact, or damage occurring after delivery.
Damage claims may require reasonable photo evidence of both the product and the packaging.
For large items, customers must inspect the product before installation. Once an item has been installed, damage claims may not be accepted unless the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault.
Return of Damaged or Faulty Items
In some cases, we may request the item to be returned for inspection.
If a return is required, return instructions will be provided after approval.
Please do not send items back without prior confirmation from Noxwell Sink and Taps.
Noxwell Sink and Taps will cover return costs for approved damaged or faulty claims.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@noxwell.com.au.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
If the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation will be treated as a change-of-mind return.
In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be returned unused, uninstalled, unmodified, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product fails to meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the problem.
