The Challenge
The original kitchen sink was a double-bowl layout. While double bowls can be useful in some kitchens, each bowl in this apartment was too small for the way the homeowner cooked and cleaned. Larger frying pans, mixing bowls and stacked dishes were difficult to fit comfortably, which made everyday washing less efficient.
The Upgrade
Based on the existing benchtop space and available dimensions, the kitchen was upgraded to a Noxwell single-bowl sink. The single-bowl design provides one larger uninterrupted washing area instead of two smaller compartments, while keeping the installation practical for an apartment kitchen.
The Result
After the replacement, the sink became much easier to use for everyday cooking and cleaning. The homeowner can now fit a large frying pan, bigger cookware and multiple bowls more comfortably. For this Rhodes apartment, the upgrade improved usable sink space without requiring a full kitchen renovation.
